Looking to make a return? Find out everything you need to know to process an exchange or return with us.
-You have 30 days from when you receive your order to get any item(s) back to us.
-If something doesn't quite fit how you would like it to, you can exchange it for a different size or colours (stock dependent). Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending your return back to us. We do not charge anything for the dispatch of your exchange.
- For the orders in which the sizes are made on orders e.g. XS, S, and above to 2XL will be charged 50% for any of the exchange.
-You have 30 days from when you receive your order to get any item(s) back to us.
-If you would like to return an item you can do this for store credit or a refund. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending your return back to us.
-However, for an exchange we do not charge anything for the dispatch of your items.
-We aim to process exchanges, store credits and refunds within 10 working days of us receiving the items back at our warehouse. Please note, this period does not start from the day you sent an item back to us, as it will take some time to reach our warehouse.
-Exchanges: Once we dispatch your exchange the standard delivery times will apply. You will receive an email once your exchange has processed/dispatched
-Store Credits: This will be sent by email, please check junk folders incase it landed there.
-Refunds: It can take an additional 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account after the refund has been actioned. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
-We do not have an automated email service that tells you when your return is back with us.
-Returns are opened, inspected and processed as soon as possible once they reach our warehouse, rest assured we aim to process all exchanges and returns within 10 working days of us receiving the items back.

-All Lux Leather orders are packed by real people and sometimes they might get something wrong.
-If you have received an incorrect item please email support@luxleather.co.uk. We'll assist you as soon as possible to get this rectified.
